Warm Up Procedure
- Check the power supply in the back to make sure it's plugged in and turned on
- Turn on the switch at the front, the LCD should come on and say "Printer Ready"
- Hit Windows Key
- Type "Repetier"
- Run "Repetier-Host" when you see it come up
- Click the "Connect" button in the upper left hand corner
- Click the "Manual Control" tab on the right hand side
- Set the bed temperature to 80 and click "Heat Printbed"
- Set the Extruder Temperature to 210 and click "Heat Extruder"
Prepare Your File
- Click the "Load" button in the upper left hand corner
- Choose your STL file
- Click the "Slicer" tab on the right
- Select an appropriate "Print Settings" (We don't have an official one yet, I'm using "Calibration Cube 2").
- Click "Slice with "Slic3r"
Print Your File
- Wait until the machine is heated up by watching the temperature numbers on the manual control page
- Set the "Extrude" drop down on the manual control page to 10mm
- Click the "Extrude" button on the manual control page
- Verify the material extruded, and clear it from the nozzle.
- Click "Run Job" in the upper left hand corner
